A home suited for a graphic design aficionado that also needs all of the girly frills doesn’t seem like the easiest of tasks, but this home in São Paulo, Brazil is one that’s memorable for the unique exterior and just as interesting interior design all by Isay Weinfeld.
The Sumaré House showcases architectural features that are geometric in nature and strikingly similar to that of our favorite, The Parker Palm Springs. Plenty of natural light floods into the home, even the atelier and quarters that are located on the basement level of the interior. Height restrictions only allow the home to be two stories high, and its layout is unique to the fact that there are built in etageres, long rooms and an open and diverse appeal to each individual area. No two spaces are alike in this artsy home filled with fun and creative spaces.
