Andrew Maynard‘s designs are classically anything but ordinary, and from the Tattoo House to the other creations he has come up with to existing and new homes– Maynard’s talents are unmatched. The ‘Moor House’ in Australia is another one of those interesting feats, with a traditional Victorian Row House edited in the back to be a more contemporary, green space.
Sitting at a mere 15 feet wide, the residence explores the use of volume in multiple ‘cubes’ and various exterior extensions. The creativity of the exterior facade also benefits the interior, with sunlight available on three sides of the home and offering up interesting personal spaces (ie. bedrooms) that accommodate every sun-altering season.
