Kitchens can quickly become an epicenter of the home, and if there’s a small space involved, things can get lost in the shuffle; or worse– purposely forgotten in the design quest for an inviting and design friendly space. Tiny kitchen spaces can be a challenge, but one that’s well worth the trouble.
Getting the most out of vertical space, looking into creative storage options and opening up the space into more of an ‘entertaining’ atmosphere can all be great things that have been neglected for whatever reason. Even in the tiniest of spaces, a kitchen is somewhat necessary, and so much can be done– even if it means just creating a light and bright space to make it appear larger. The creativity begins there and can go as far as you want to take it. Bold colored cabinets to attract attention and add dimension? Why not. Foldaway furniture? That’s a great idea!
