Creative housing is everywhere you look in this day and age, and those with an interesting twist have their own quirks and pluses. Studio Liu Lubin of Beijing crafted this small home from modular elements that were formed under the premise of transportability and functionality.
There are 8-bit styled shapes and cutouts to allow for light to flood in, and it is lightweight and also ultra-durable. The size of the micro house allows it to be packed up in to a standard sized shipping container for transport. The rectilinear forms extend from the outside to the interior which create ledges and built in furniture. The home modules can be added on to in a large group– or be situated individually.
