Big Sur and its California mountains is among one of the hundreds of beautiful locations in CA, and this home has got it all. Though it’s tiny in square footage, the view makes up for whatever is lacking on the interior. The hillside space is crafted completely of timber and overlooks the Pacific Ocean, for unparalleled views.
The space is actually a home addition that is off the grid, with a green roof and a seemingly inconspicuous appearance in general. Architect Alex Wyndham applied a redwood bark facade that makes the doors look like secret compartments, while the front side of the space is one large glass front folding door. The walls open up at angles for premiere ocean breezes.
