An East Village, New York penthouse design by Jane Kim is a stunning space that is full of masculine touches. The juxtaposition of light colors and dark, rich woods is a beautiful combination in this home crafted for entertaining.
Raw finishes were used in as many places as possible in the public spaces. Reclaimed wood on the walls and kitchen counters, exposed brick, concrete and raw steel are all seen throughout the home. Skylights are a nice addition to the otherwise simple ceilings, with light flooding into the bathrooms that are of the lightest finishes in the house.
