Homes and offices meld together so often these days, that it can be difficult to distinguish where work ends and home begins. Between businesses that are born in the home to telecommuting to work and the lives of bloggers, having a space that functions as both is a must.
The boutique billboard company, Prince Media Co., is owned and operated out of a SoHo loft. The space has a great aged and architectural feel– with a large brick wall, vintage ceiling tiles and gorgeous hardwood flooring. The office portion of this home is recognized by the large windows to allow for optimal natural light and provide a sense of inspiration and motivation via NYC’s concrete jungle where the magic happens. A collection of classic furniture pieces including items by Eames and Wegner mix beautifully with the art and industrial pieces. At at the end of the day, a partition slides across the space to close off the living and working spaces.
