English Hawthbush Farmhouse Renovation by Mole Architects

Posted 2 years ago by

Home additions are some of our favorites, especially when you take creative, contemporary architecture studios such as Mole Architects; and combine their tastes and expertise with an old home. This centuries old farmhouse in South East England has now been added onto, and the outcome is a great new meets old combination.

The architectural elements are visually separated by a glazed walkway, and the materials are just as stunning as the structure itself. Copper and wood cladding adorn the glass, and of course reclaimed brick and wood beams accent the interior (and exterior) and only add to the gorgeous barrel ceiling of the open interior.
