Artwork for the home is a very personal selection, and if collector’s edition prints or originals are out of reach in your budget– posters might be the way to go. Though the very thought of “posters” sends cringing faces into a frenzy, there are some tasteful graphics out there. Especially for those with more of a Mid-Century Modern taste.
Graphic artist André Chiote put together a collection of famed architectural works in poster format. The works include: LACMA by Renzo Piano, Zaha Hadid’s Riverside Museum and MUSAC. The colors in this collection are all muted tones of your standard blues, reds, greens and of course there is an abundance of neutrals as well. Which is your favorite?
