Vacationing along the beaches of California is something that people should experience at least once in a lifetime. This getaway residence in the secluded vacation neighborhood is proof of this. The “Seadrift” Residence built by CCS Architecture is a gorgeous space where a family can really come together in an indoor/outdoor home.
Featuring 3 bedrooms and multiple public areas for entertaining, lounging, playing games and just enjoying the view, this home is organized quite well into a mere 1900 square feet. The casual floor plan arranges private and public areas on opposite ends of the L-shaped home, and the indoors opens up to the water views and deck seating. A Fireorb sits in the living space and is able to rotate from the living to patio space for functional warmth in all seasons. Natural woods and a soft, neutral palette keep this space from becoming an outdated beach house, and more of a welcoming retreat.
