Austria’s interesting architectural landscape varies upon the area, but this villa rendering and architectural piece is a great representation of not only the space but the country’s talents. Beluga Toechter is the design mind behind this residence that shapes an ultimate contemporary home, complete with a spiral staircase.

Open space in the kitchen makes up for the outer “cube” style structures of the home, and the upstairs private spaces are enclosed in their own area. There’s a unique flow that leads guests to their rooms and other public spaces, and even a pool house to keep entertaining going in a very large outdoor space. The living area also doubles as an outdoor space, where the glazing is able to be removed in order to open things up further.
