Minosa Design has crafted an incredibly wonderful hidden kitchen design for an Australian family that entertains quite a bit, and oftentimes has the need to accommodate for 12 plus dinner guests. With not a whole lot of expandable open space, a hidden concept was born and it’s truly a gem.
An island integrated table is the focal point of the space, and it even comes equipped with a remote controlled leaf that extends out to allow for extra guests. Walnut and marble were the finish choices in this home, leaving too many disruptions and space enclosing colors out of the picture. The sink and range were left in their original areas due to plumbing constrictions, but you wouldn’t even know the rest of the kitchen exists behind the 22-foot long glossy white hallway.
Areas for washing dishes, entertaining, a bar and glass storage are all situated neatly behind different hall doors (which double as whiteboards for notes, menus and organization). A superb design!
