Black crushed velvet isn’t a typical standard for the average bar, but the member’s only lounge located in Tokyo, Japan is teeming with dark masculinity that is unparalleled. Designed by Doyle Collection, a leading hospitality firm, this space dubbed “Cronus” is a beautiful collection of textures, finishes and a relaxed lounge atmosphere.

Finished mid-2012 Cronus features mirrored walls, a room-dividing wine cellar, over the top ceiling designs, exquisite details and of course the utmost in luxury materials. Though a vast majority of the colors used involved black– gold was also combined to add to the richness of the seating and reflective details.
