Architecture firm Danze & Davis stepped up to the plate for Extreme Makeover, Home Edition’s episode that built a completely new residence for a deserving family in Bastrop, TX after their previous home was destroyed in a fire.
Plenty of the building materials and finishes contain recycled content and other green materials, and the end result is a beautiful contemporary rustic shipping container facade. The interior of the space also has the corrugated steel showing in many areas, including a shabby chic styled nook and back door. There are multiple built spaces on the property, with the home being the main focus of it all. A gorgeous space to meet this deserving family’s needs.
