Angular Residence Under The Moonlight in Australia

Homes in exotic or remote locales always seem to be so peaceful and all the more eye popping. Though the photography from a snowy and gloomy day in Mount Hotham, Australia might not make this residence’s feature pop right out at you; it’s the unique subtlety of the rustic rock facade and angular glass skylights that complement one another so nicely.

The clean lines of the exterior roll right in with the interior elements and furnishings. Simple, heavy furnishings line the living spaces with few rich colors dispersed in between. Giovanni D’Ambrosio Architecture put together this project with combined elements and thick, sturdy modular pieces. Whether cantilevered fireplace elements or steel structural pieces were concerned– everything is in its proper place and looks just so.
