Czech artist and visionaire Michal Trpák played a major role in the art installation happening over at Prague’s EBC office center. His “Slight Uncertainty” figurines have been a whimsical, yet somewhat melancholy presence in the building.
Each figurine is hung individually, suspended through a narrow space from the ceiling on down. The polyester shaped pieces are finished in a concrete color, and the overall mood of these figures adds a look of sorrow; while the colorful floating umbrellas juxtaposes it all to have a more joyful appearance. The long installation “floats” about 1.4m down into the interior of the building, and gives a great upward view of the expansive ceilings in the Prague offices.
