As expected with the simplistic, almost cartoonish design of this factory– it is located in The Netherlands. Titled “Little Factory” by architect Florentijn Hofman, the tiny workshop is a place of business and artistry.
Hofman constructed the factory from corrugated steel roof sheets, and is just off the road and seen quite easily in the distance. The Little Factory’s interior is simple and straight to the point. A wood loft, shutters and natural pavers are the only finishes that one would come across upon approaching the “Little Factory.” The large, oversized shutters on this space encapsulate the multiple windows that help to add plenty of natural light and improved working conditions in this beautiful countryside space.
