With three big brands all the same company– Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie and Free People; it would only make sense to have the office space for each of them on one large campus. Well, with the rustic vibe that each of these brands possesses they’ve reclaimed an old Navy shipyard as their own.
Combining their eclectic attitude with mid-century modern pieces (take the funky fabric Eames chairs, for example), this 350,000 square foot campus is teeming with creativity and an unparalleled aesthetic. Designed by Meyer Scherer & Rockcastle, this large space allows the brands to grow side by side, while allowing the public spaces to be their ‘mingling’ grounds between brands and buildings. The cafeteria, coffee shop, library, fitness center, and courtyard are all shared areas.
