The Vitra brand has grown exponentially throughout the years, and their home collection is one of the more inspiring contemporary brands to really boom and flourish past the commercial side of things. Now the Vitra Campus in Weil am Rhein is home to “VitraHaus” by Basel architects Herzog & de Meuron.
With this amazing building being a piece of art in itself, VitraHaus is a 5 story stacked building that showcases their gorgeous home goods. But each stacked element has its own detailing and shape to it. Some of the stacking pieces cantilever out over the rest and the rooms are all oriented every which way to create not only a fully functioning showroom, but a gorgeous setting to display their great works.
