Archi-Tectonics came up with this interesting 3-dimensional design for the ‘Schein Loft’ that packs a whole lot of punch in a tight Manhattan space. It’s no surprise that the design is sleek and contemporary, with a great majority of the detail in the wood paneled walls.
Each wall throughout the hallway and beyond has it’s own rich, oak paneling to offset the intense glass curtain wall facing the Hudson River. These two oak spine walls create the private spaces of this 3,200 square foot 8th floor loft. Everything is intricately thought out– from the lighting soffits to the translucent doors and the peekaboo corners. An exquisite living space!
