All kinds of materials have made a splash in the sector of custom designed furniture in the past few years; and with the rise of the internet– there is a great surge of new artists that are creating so many striking pieces by hand. Artist John Foster has made his own contribution to Ditch which he has unofficially dubbed as “Laser Beam Sparkle Palace.”
It’s one of a kind, and there are multiple layers of glass with acrylic icosahedrons stacked up from the ground to create a base and extend through it’s top. Though it appears the table is off exhibit now, this piece still has its beauty able to be seen online. Not to mention, the photography opportunities of this table are unparalleled.
