Just when you think you’ve seen and heard it all as far as art mediums go, you run across Shelley Miller‘s work. Part graffiti and part sugary goodness, Miller has incorporated the urban idea of tagging up facades and building walls with the beauty of cake icing.
The end result is a fantastic one, and her “Stained” work depicts plenty of the great detail that she puts in to each and every iced-surface. Based out of Montreal, Shelley creates frames around existing street art, adds little decorative details to current street art, and so much more. Many of her works incorporate the surrounding architecture’s details– as shown with the ornate Victorian work in so much of the British influence around the area.
