Tropical rainforest locales are becoming more and more the norm for vacationing getaways– and one Hollywood resident took it upon himself to create the ultimate retreat in Costa Rica. Working in conjunction with Paravant Architects and Planners, the Areopagus residence was born.
Though the street side portion of this home is closed off as far as views and glazing are concerned, the rear is opened up to include sweeping pool and nature views for days. Keeping in line with its surroundings, the Costa Rica based house keeps things simply contemporary and clean, while utilizing streamlined furnishings and simple architectural features with strong accents.
