The Brick Loft House is one of FARM‘s stunning industrial renovations in Singapore’s Joo Chiat area. What was once an old, dark and dingy office space is now an inspiring geometric home. It’s a smaller sized loft without many interior walls but the bathroom divvies up the space into different areas.
Interior and exterior walls were taken down and replaced with different partitions and various louvres are incorporated to bring in even more light to the upper level mezzanine. Custom made patterns in concrete blocks also filter in soft light from this second story apartment loft. Not to mention the charming exposed brick walls and the indescribable spiral staircase feature in the entry.
