Planned projects can sometimes be the best kind of projects- and HIERVE Architecture has proven that their planned Caribbean based apartment buildings are a dreamy reality-to-be. When planned in 2007, this Playa Del Carmen complex was prepared and rendered with 45 residences in 7 buildings.

Though it was never built– the concept surrounding the Xcalacoco Apartments was an individual, private jungle per building. Each place would measure out to be around 1300 square feet, with three penthouses focused in the last building. Amenities and ocean views would be consistent throughout, with a private pool area and a striped contrast on the building facades.
