Mixed use buildings typically have some great layouts, plenty of space and interesting features that aren’t normally found in your standard residential palettes. This mixed use building in Lima, Peru has captivated us with its outstanding green elements and materials. Gonzalez Moix Arquitectura were the creative brains behind this diverse project in the Southern Hemisphere.
A vertical garden that emerges from the thin sliced plank facade is the highlight of the space, and obviously a huge feature for visitors and usuals alike. The plants growing in between each piece of carefully configured recycled material create a gorgeous palette and view for those inside of the building.
