As far as taking showers are concerned, there’s typically only one way to have them– and that is standing up. If you’ve had a rough day at work, a hard time waking up or just hate the thought of milling about in your own bathwater, Dornbracht‘s Horizontal Shower may be the solution for your bathroom.

The structure is attached to the wall in the bathroom, and the overhead portion houses the faucet portion that separates the streams into four separate components. The lower shelf is for the user to lay down on, face up or face down to enjoy a relaxing ‘shower.’ Not only can you lay down in the shower effectively (and comfortably), but you have temperature and water controls at your disposal.
