Located in the already vibrant Chelsea, New York, this bright and cheery apartment by Karim Rashid is unlike anything we’ve seen. Karim is always injecting some form of neon or bold statement piece into his designs, and this apartment is like a big, bold representation of his energetic style.

The kitchen might be the ultimate display of grandeur in this 2,000 square foot apartment, with glossy floors and an interesting– almost art-like breakfast table in the middle of it all. It looks like a less kitschy version of Jonathan Adler’s “Barbie” House, with a bit of funk and flare thrown in for a more adult oriented live-in.
