Florida is known for some of its water front homes, and this St. Augustine home by Jason Fort is 2400 square feet of custom contemporary details. Built in 2007, this home is situated on a more narrow lot, but the space feels anything but.
The interior is a zen-like space with Ligne Roset style sofas perched atop high end finishes.
