Pop-up shops have been gaining more and more popularity– and they’re a great way to attract a large amount of people when things are running for a limited time. Not so sure how that worked out for the luxury watch brand Hublot, as they opened up a pop-up store in Singapore’s Paragon Shopping Mall.
With over $20 million worth of merchandise, the timepiece brand set out to create something exquisite with Singapore designer Mr. Chris Lee of Asylum. Appropriately titled “Big Bang” the two story installation features an appearance of cascading black gems. The vision was to create something structurally monumental that was almost an illusion of sorts.
If you’re looking to catch a live glimpse– it’s already been taken down, the shop only ran for 10 days (14 September to 23 September).
