Downtown adventures in a bustling city can be some of the most exciting, and Dallas is one of those interesting cities with a thriving contemporary design style all its own. They say everything is bigger in Texas, and The Joule Hotel is a large high rise structure in a renovated 1920′s Neo Gothic building with a rooftop pool and plenty of amenities abound.
The Joule has a great an eclectic collection of art, billiards, and fancy light fixtures and a swanky vibe designed by Adam D. Tihany. The guest rooms are more of a simple, toned down version of the public areas with tranquil mosaic tiled bathrooms. It definitely lives up to its tagline– “A Beacon of Sleek Sophistication.”
