There are plenty of small homes around the world, but there aren’t quite any like this tiny home suspended above the streets of Liverpool. Not only is it floating above the ground level, but it’s rotated on its axis with a view that appears as if it is tilting downward.
Created by Korean artist Do-Ho Suh, he placed an ironic juxtaposition of a small, culturally accurate home in between two Northern English homes. He loves to explore the unexplored and the irony of putting things where they might not necessarily belong.
Even while ‘bridging’ these two homes, it is almost more so bridging a gap between cultures and creating an interesting dimension to the architecture in the English streets.
