Italy is the epitome of design for many, and the renowned Lake Como is just as high on the food chain for vacation spots, the wealthy and enthusiasts of many sorts. This 5600 square foot home is one that’s not to be overlooked in the Lombardy, Italy town. Though it’s nothing über crazy as you might expect to see in a contemporary Italian setting from the exterior– the interior is an enticing mix of eclectic colors, weights and organic shapes.
Studio Marco Piva put together this beautiful home that sits practically on Italy’s third largest lake, and there’s a whole lot of glass implementation to keep it from feeling stuffy and old. The renovation was an overall success, with plenty of seating, interesting objects and inviting spaces to fill the giant overall floor plan. Via: Enpundit
