Video Game Inspired Space Invaders Apartment

OneByNine Design created an apartment that is probably based around every little boys dream– video games. From the Space Invaders era comes an apartment in the Warsaw, Poland area that has just enough subtleties to make it a man’s home and not just a smelly 12 year old boy’s room.

There are enough mosaic tiles in black and white that make up the pixelated game type, with plenty of expressions such as “error” and miscellaneous characters made up out of the black and white tiles. It’s a super small space at just 376 square feet, but OneByNine makes it all work and without being overwhelmingly ‘themed’ for it’s small stature.
