This amazing space is a writer’s paradise. Masculine and strong, this prominent piece of architecture blends seamlessly into the woodsy part of New York, almost going unnoticed. The exterior is bold and black, almost with a chalkboard looking texture, with a giant protruding chimney that resembles a steamboat. Cooper Joseph Studio took advantage of the views, materials and much more in this space.
Walnut floors and cladding on the walls make for an amazing addition to the otherwise minimalistic interior, frameless windows perfectly encase the outdoor views, and there are even the perfect bathroom fixtures that top it all off. What’s not to love about this quaint and intimate space perfect for writing that next screenplay?
