Stunning ‘v4′ Brazilian Home Open To The Elements

Brazil has some great landscapes, so what better way to honor them than to plot a single story house out in the open and keep things open to the elements? Studio mk27 came up with one of the most stunningly earthy designs that we’ve seen in Sao Paulo, and they’ve called it simply ‘v4.’
The main living quarters is wrapped in glass that is retractable to allow for both sides to open up and let the indoor and outdoor portions mesh together as one large living area. The upper ‘deck’ is a large slab of concrete with open stairs leading up to a quaint sitting area, outfitted with bright purple furniture.
The furnishings also blend seamlessly with the environment. Rich greens, wood tones, and natural materials are all the perfect complement to Sao Paulo’s beautiful landscape.
