The Ber House is located in South Africa, and though it is amidst all of the nature and animals that could possibly be roaming free– the color palette remained relatively simple with the exception of the bright yellow pops that are dispersed throughout the space. Nico van der Meulen Architects saw this project through, and it is a gorgeous display of different elements, materials and more.
The main elements are natural stone materials, of course with the fluorescent yellows carried throughout the whole entire space. It’s one of the most consistent and cohesive designs that we’ve seen– without going overboard on the color scheme. Of course the blacks, whites and greys are in enough abundance that nothing seems too sparse, even with so few colors.
