The rainforest is a sacred place to many, and for a select few– it is called home. In the Atlantic Rainforest of Sao Paulo, Brazil, the Iporanga House is a multi-level wonder built by Nitsche Arquitetos for the native dweller. There are 5 bedrooms in this space; a master bedroom, three children’s rooms and a guest bedroom for the occasional guest.
The three tiered home is divided up into public and private spaces, as well as areas for entertaining, relaxing, and retiring for the evening. A concrete slab is the foundation for it all, and the above structures are the magnificent glass, steel and wood combinations that create the gorgeous design.
The interior doesn’t disappoint, either. Color isn’t scarce, and the various furnishings are all carefully considered with turquoise accents, emerald marble table tops, wood slabs, mosaic tile and so much more.
