From the exterior “Pizza Express” may not look like much, but the interior speaks volumes more than what the tiled streedside window says about its design. Ab Rogers Design put together this space which took elements from old Naples and incorporated fresh styles of today.
There’s an open kitchen in the space, where each chef can prepare pizza as an entertainment experience of its own. Viewers can watch from their booths, each of which has its very own acoustic dome– which in turn creates groupings of intimate spaces within the restaurant. Each of the domes are have individual iPod docks, dimmer switches and call buttons, for a very personalized experience.
