The mixture of materials can be a beautiful thing, and in this case of application that rings true. Designed by none other than Robert M. Gurney, the Nevis Pool Garden and Pavilion is a sight to behold.
Just a tiny little space, the contemporary house shaped structure holds a bar height table and stools, and some additional seating in front of a stone fireplace. The exterior features a whole slew of wood, glass, natural stone, metal and tile.
Around the side of the space there is an outdoor shower for pool-goers, and we reckon it can’t get any better during D.C. summers at this house.
