Teatum+Teatum Archiecture created a marvelous London home that doesn’t even necessarily look like a home from the exterior. Though it is gorgeous in its own right, the “Hidden Home” as it is called, retracts any attention that other houses might garner with its unassuming facade and butterfly folding doors.
The interior features raw and unfinished concrete and particleboard pieces, and the natural light is mainly provided by multiple tall skylights through the living areas and other parts of the interior. The doors are a perforated steel that we’ve seen a lot of in architecture lately, with the pattern reflective of rain droplets on a surface.
