Space planning can be a challenge for anyone, but when you’re a homeowner who’s got less than 700 square feet to work with and a total of 6 existing rooms– things can start to get a little intense. The “Front and Back” apartment by H2o Architectes took away the daunting idea that things had to be compartmentalized and thus created this fresh space.
There is a successful separation of space without closing things off, all the while incorporating a ton of built in storage. Not to mention, the clean and crisp color scheme is a huge plus when you’re working in small areas; and the dark painted insets give the areas depth and dimension.
