Floors with a bit of flair are always really fun to incorporate into a space, and it’s an amazing thing when they take center stage. Spanish design group, Mut Design, came up with an interesting concept for a Japanese inspired concrete tile, and the finished product is a gorgeous installation that isn’t too themed.
There are multiple styles of patterned tiles in this collection called “Drops” which resembles rain falling onto water. Some feature drops only, others feature various combinations of Koi fish, water lilies and lily pads. Each tile is hand poured into a mould that allows a ton of color depth and range– and tiles are created without painting or baking. A gorgeous and long-lasting solution to great flooring!
