Sustainable architecture is becoming more prevalent than ever, and KUCZIA‘s CO2-SAVER House is a great example of combining the beauty of architecture and the functionality of sustainable living into one. This single story Polish home is a fantastic combination of a wooden facade, glazing and photovoltaic paneling. All of these elements combined give us this stunning home near the Laka Lake.
The front entrance to the 1880 square foot house may look a little intimidating, but don’t let the 3 story black portion fool you– it is referred to as a “black box.” Containing charcoal coloured fiber cement panels that are warmed by the sun, which in turn helps the home with heating and cooling more efficiently.
