When looking for a side table or coffee table that meets all of the right criteria, things can get a little daunting. But if creativity is one of the top priorities on that list surely one of Chulan Kwak’s “Wooden Tables” of the second volume will win you over to some extent.
The Korean designer put his own spin on timber based surfaces with a wire type material that’s been manufactured to look like negative spaced wood. The wire is so flexible and dynamic that it can be taken apart and reassembled to a certain extent.
While they may not be the most profound thing to step into the world of furniture design, these tables are original and cast some amazing shadows onto wherever they may lie.
