Being green is the trendy thing to do these days, and so many talented artists are coming out with functional pieces that would be great additions to the funky, sustainable home. Benjamin of BRC Designs prides himself on being a “re-inventor” and he hit the mark with this one.
Designer Benjamin Rollins Caldwell has an affinity for exploration, creation and mixed media. So the progression was only natural that he take a bunch of (now) unused pockets from old denim pieces and create a patchwork rug for someone to get more use out of.
With so many possibilities out there for denim patchwork, there’s only been a colorful version and an all denim explosion thus far.
