Anything that’s limited is sure to get the attention of many, so cue the pop-up shops of America and beyond. But now there’s some interesting touring going on, and it comes by way of restaurants. We aren’t talking food trucks, either. The Cube is an eatery created by Park Associati architects as a mobile restaurant that would essentially pop-up in “unexpected and dramatic locations throughout Europe.”
Now it’s landed itself in London, and just in time for this Summer’s Olympic games. The exterior is a harsh and somewhat jagged structure just near the Royal Festival Hall of London.
This sleek restaurant is roughly 1,500 square feet and pretty exclusive, though we can only imagine what kind of promotion the restaurant will receive stateside.
