A simple yet comfortable feeling contemporary home runs the fine line between too stark and too cluttered. So where do those two lines meet and make magic? Well, Jacobs-Yaniv Architects created this Tel Aviv residence which makes a great example of what works in clean, contemporary design without coming off too cold.
Though it looks simple enough, there is a method behind the layout of the almost 2,700 square foot home. It is separated into 2 parts– both public and private spaces. Internally, the plan is directed north-south for optimal day light and east –west for optimal natural ventilation.
