It’s not often that a kids play place is built with the parents in mind. But the Central Parents’ Retreat in Melbourne has got a brilliant concept with this space. A place where parents can come and recharge while their kiddos let out all of that pent up energy.
A brightly colored and nicely separated space, the children’s areas are partly built in to the architecture and the seating soft and serene for parents who need a minute or two to recuperate.
Sustainable materials have been used wherever possible in this Clare Cousins Architecture creation, and there are plenty of nooks and crannies for the little ones to get into all while in the line of sight of their loved ones.
