European architecture tends to be on the bolder side of color, texture and pattern when it comes to everyday exteriors– and these Settles Street residences are no exception. Built up on an older industrial area, there are 5 new multi-family residences all situated within two residential blocks.
A striped painted facade was meant to mimic the stock brick colors in the area, and the windows and shutters are all simply designed to seamlessly blend together with the architecture and sharp roofline. Spaced Out Architecture put together this stunning set of homes within the heart of the city, and it’s a modern day urban oasis.
